Marathon offers a wide range of support and training services to help our customers and partners get the most value from their Marathon products. Our support and training offers are as follows:

Level One Technical Support (CSA): 
The annual Customer Support Agreement (CSA) is the recommended vehicle for a Marathon product end user customers to obtain level 1 remote technical support services directly from Marathon's technical support team. One CSA is purchased per Endurance product. Please see "Worldwide End User Customer Support Policies and Procedures" for more information.

Level Two Support (Partners Only) (TSA): 
Level two support is available for Marathon partners who want to deliver level 1 technical support services to their end user customers, but who want to  be backed up with level 2 support from Marathon's technical support team. One TSS is purchased per Endurance product. Please see "Worldwide Technical Support Services Policies and Procedures" for more information.

How Do You Get a CSA?
If you need to buy a new CSA or renew your existing agreement, call our technical support staff at 1-978-266-9999 or email support@marathontechnologies.com.

All Support Agreement Holders are eligible for:

  • Two designated contacts to request technical support
  • Technical support access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
  • Two-hour response time
  • Access to Marathon's on-line knowledgebase, software updates, and more!

Training:
Endurance Product Training - Marathon offers one day and three day product integration and maintenance training on its Endurance product lines. All courses include exercises that give students "hands on" experience with the products. Courses are regularly held in Marathon's Boxborough, Massachusetts, facility. Please see Course Schedule for currently scheduled course offerings.
